Agreement

By using our website or purchasing products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or buy our products. We may update Terms by posting a revised version with a new date.

Products and Services

We sell digital training kits and educational workout guides designed for fifteen to twenty minute home sessions. Descriptions on training-kits.html specify contents, format, and suggested equipment. Physical printed add-ons, when offered, are described separately at checkout.

Eligibility and Account

You must be at least eighteen years old or have parental consent to purchase. You are responsible for providing accurate contact details so we can deliver downloads and support messages.

Orders and Payment

Orders are confirmed after we verify payment through our approved payment provider. Prices are shown in euros including VAT where applicable for customers in the Netherlands. We may refuse or cancel orders affected by pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock limitations on optional physical materials.

Digital Delivery

Digital files are delivered via secure link to the email you provide, typically within one business day. You are responsible for maintaining access to that inbox and downloading files before link expiry stated in the delivery message.

License and Intellectual Property

Purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use guides for your own training. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, or sublicense PDFs, audio cues, or templates. All trademarks, layout, and content remain property of CoreDash or licensors.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content at scale, or use our materials to create competing commercial products. You agree to train within your physical limits and seek qualified guidance if you have health concerns affecting exercise.

Disclaimer

Workout guides are educational resources, not personalized coaching. Results depend on your effort, consistency, and individual physiology. Content is provided as is to the extent permitted by Dutch law. Nothing on this site replaces professional advice where you require it.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Dutch law, CoreDash is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or injuries arising from improper exercise execution. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product in the twelve months preceding the claim, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

Consumer Rights Netherlands

Consumers in the European Union may have statutory withdrawal rights for distance contracts. Digital content delivered immediately may require your express consent and acknowledgment that withdrawal rights lapse once delivery begins, as allowed under EU consumer rules. Third-Party Services

Payment processors, hosting providers, and map embeds operate under their own terms. We are not responsible for outages or policy changes at third parties.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules in your country of residence if you qualify as a consumer in the EU.
