Digital Products Overview

Our primary products are digital downloads including PDF session guides, HIIT cue sheets, and circuit libraries. Because files can be copied instantly upon delivery, special rules apply under EU consumer law. We still aim for fair outcomes when technical issues prevent access.

Fourteen Day Withdrawal Right

Consumers in the Netherlands and wider European Union generally have fourteen days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving reasons. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right may not apply once performance has begun if you gave prior express consent and acknowledged that you lose the withdrawal right when delivery starts. We present this acknowledgment during checkout for instant downloads.

When Refunds Are Granted

We will issue a refund or replacement access if download links fail after reasonable troubleshooting, if you received the wrong kit version, if files are corrupted and cannot be replaced, or if duplicate charges occurred. Contact us within fourteen days of purchase with your order email and description of the issue.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not granted when files were successfully downloaded and matched the product description, when failure resulted from incompatible software you declined to update, when you purchased the wrong kit but received correct files, or when you violated the license by sharing materials publicly.

Physical Add-Ons

If you ordered optional printed quick-reference cards, you may return unused items in original packaging within fourteen days of receipt. You bear return shipping costs unless we sent the wrong item or a defective print. Digital components bundled with physical orders follow the digital rules above once downloaded.

How to Request a Return or Refund

Submit a message through reach-us.html with your full name, order date, kit name, and reason. Include screenshots of error messages for technical problems. We respond within three business days with next steps.

Refund Method and Timing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Banks may take five to ten business days to display funds. If original payment is unavailable, we will agree on an alternative method permitted by law.

Partial Refunds and Upgrades

If you bought multiple kits in one order and only one is defective, we may refund the affected portion or provide an upgrade credit toward the Complete Circuit Library at our discretion.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve issues quickly. Unfounded chargebacks may result in suspension of future purchases.

Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights under Dutch law. If a product is not as described, you may have additional remedies regardless of digital delivery status.
